Starting the new Weight Watchers program today.
69.9 kg Lost so far: 10.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 0.5 kg a Week

i go on Friday to get the plan. I can't wait. It is more with the way I currently eat which is lean protein, dairy, fruits and veggies. They are trying to get people to eat less processed stuff. Good luck!
