Salut untuk mbak, saya bingung oran-orang koq gampang turun BB nya. Aku engak turun-turun udah makan cuma sekali sehari alias diet One Meal A Day. Makannya cuma sayuran doang

saya ke dokter... jd ada nutritionist jg...perjuangannya gila2an krn ga karbo dan gula sama sekali dan minyak bener2 diitung pakai sendok teh... treadmill seminggu 3-5x sesuai mood sih krn masih berat badannya jadi speed ga cepet dan cuma 30-40 menit.

jangan makan sayuran doang nanti lemes. yg ga kehitung itu minyak... banyakin dada ayam tanpa kulit
