saya ke dokter... jd ada nutritionist jg...perjuangannya gila2an krn ga karbo dan gula sama sekali dan minyak bener2 diitung pakai sendok teh...
treadmill seminggu 3-5x sesuai mood sih krn masih berat badannya jadi speed ga cepet dan cuma 30-40 menit.
