I am so ashamed. I binged almost 5000 calories yesterday. 2 bags of vegan candy, a bag of chips, 6 tofurky sandwiches. I ate so much that my liver felt like it was jacked up up under my ribs and my back hurt. I tried like hell to throw it up just to ease the pain, but vomiting has never been my strong point. I am a compulsive over-eater. not bulimic. it seems like I tend to overeat when I have raisin bran for breakfast. That's so weird. But I even made a sandwich at 4 o'clock this morning It is just half past twelve right noe and I have not eaten anything else. I am afraid to. I had a doctor's appointment on Thursday and my scale and the clinic's scale are pretty synced up. I didn't weigh myself today. I am afraid of that too. I am at a loss as to what to do. Well, this won't let me post without a weight, so here goes...
122.8 kg Lost so far: 12.1 kg.    Still to go: 45.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
