Hubs and I finally made the switch to whole foods vegan diet. I was already eating 50% raw but we decided to switch because of his health issues. I feel better, I'm actually eating more and I have more energy. I think he is struggling a little bit more because his diet was the definition of a standard american diet. he's 100% on board, and hopefully making these changes now will mean that we don't have to worry about him having a heart attack down the road. hopefully.
69.4 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
