I'm 227, but my mom is making her famous homemade pizza. I will be indulging tonight, but I sort of feel like I deserve it - I have been extremely diligent in my diet and exercise. I am so excited to have melted cheese in my mouth, haha.

Another pound gone though, hooray!

Yummo!! Congrats on your losses you are doing awesome. My hubby has been building a pizza oven at the neighbours farm for the last 4 weekends and it is being christened tonight, so we are having homemade pizza too. I must say i am so looking forward to it and because we are each making our own i dont think there will be too much damage. Part of this is a forever change and special celebration nights must fit into that without guilt or stress. Awhile back I wouldnt give pizza a second thought, now Im concious of enjoying it while I am not being greedy, thats in itself is a big change for me!! Enjoy your night, Hugs C

Absolutely! You are doing awesome, and you need to enjoy your life. That means that you can eat "bad" foods now and then, you just need to work them into your daily plan. By being concious of what you are doing, you are much less likely to let it get out of hand. Keep up the good work.

Enjoy your pizza. If you plan ahead you can indulge without setting yourself back! I cook pizza at home for my family all the time. I make the crust thinner than I use to to cut back on calories. I also put on more veggies and leaner meats. I have learned that turkey pepperoni is tasty and much less greasy. My family actually prefers it. Have a great meal and remember that this is a life long journey to a healthy you!
