Happy Thanksgiving to all. I know it is day of feasting but I need to keep things in perspective. I will eat lots of vegetables and I made a very low fat type of dip that will help cut down on the calories.
67.6 kg Lost so far: 54.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
