Whooohooo! getting below 150 was my next big milestone and I finally did it!!! I haven't been this low since my early 20's!!
67.8 kg Lost so far: 54.7 kg.    Still to go: 8.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Wow Girl!! I am looking at your chart and reading your profile and you are such an inspiration!!!! I am trying to lose over a hundred pounds as well. I have done great but the holidays are tough. I am not going to worry about things too much over Thanksgiving but its back to working hard on Monday. Congrats on getting below 150!!! I can't wait to get under 200!
