NSV's - put on a pair of jeans I haven't worn in at least 3 years. Heart rare during exercising has made a slight consistent decrease. heart rate while at the doctor's was actually in the normal range. BP was lower since the last doctors visit. I can do more work in the day without feeling mentally drained at the end of the day. I haven't been tossing and turning so much before actually falling asleep. I lay down and I'm asleep in very little time.
75.3 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
