Success is 80% just showing up. I showed up at the gym last night on my way home from work at 9:30. It's a start, and I'm aching today, so I must have done something right! :-)
74.4 kg Lost so far: 20.9 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
