Sad feeling continues... I think I should quit The pill, since i started last Thursday i began to feel a little bit more sad every day. Don't know if there is any kind of relation, but that is the only thing that changed on my diet. After that, everything started to lack balance.

Sometimes the pill (until it complete controls your hormone cycle) will give you mood swings. It is much like pms. Sometimes it takes a while for your body to get used to it (like a month). If you can't handle the mood symptoms, then yes, you should stop taking it. Feel better my friend.

If the feeling is continuing, give a call to your doctor to discuss what's happening. The dosage may not be the best one for you....perhaps a bit of adjustment is necessary. There are several formulations available. Definitely talk to someone in that office before discontinuing any medication cold-turkey. Hope you feel better.
