WEll, My brother has been on me to come play baseball all the time and for the last two months it seems to be taking effect! I am slowly but surely losing the weight. and I have more energy and a desire to exercise. It is a wonderful feeling to be able to pick up a heavy box without feeling your muscles strain or getting out of breath(
