D2晨起空腹,略水肿。昨天睡眠质量不佳。今饥饿,可能昨天晚上没有吃主食类碳水:早燕麦片、午糙米饭、晚烤南瓜生菜和黄瓜。昨天下午到今晨排便3次,略微腹泻。可能和姨妈有关,里急后重。情绪稳定。
