昨晚8.量42.6 然後才去吃滷味晚餐 好險乖乖補水 早上10.30量沒有變胖 去高雄兩天 沒特別有食慾 也因為時間關係 還有沒特別計劃 其實吃的也不多 加上東奔西跑 竟然變瘦😂
