D39,无浮肿,但是昨天早晨4点半起,晨跑加hiit,疲劳。昨天碳水:贝果、贝果、糙米饭、糙米饭,生菜、杏鲍菇、香菇、芹菜,控制的刚好,无腹胀。今晨起床有饥饿感,食欲稳定,今天硬拉加有氧,训练量也较大。晚上疲劳,后侧链酸胀。
