D38,前天练深蹲,昨天轻度有氧,昨天控碳太严格浑身不舒服,饥饿感太强,无法正常生活。今天4:30就醒,睡不着,热加兴奋,惦记训练前后可以吃精碳。昨天碳水:燕麦片、香蕉、糙米饭、糙米饭。水果和牛奶都没吃。今天无浮肿,略微心悸。临睡比较饿,早晨起来想吃东西。后来食欲就稳定了。
