Been struggling the past week. Managed to gain a pound since my last weigh in 8 days ago. Some of that can be attributed to attending a birthday party for a friend at a local crab shack (no shortage of butter at those places) and I calculated my one meal was about 1120 calories. Ouch! Lucky I only ate 2 other small meals all day and my calories were still a shade under 1800 for the day. I also did a 35 minute short hike earlier in the day.
I've been hitting the gym pretty hard so this plateau in weight loss COULD be muscle gain.
