D36,晨空腹,水肿。昨天超级疲劳,不知道是因为两次跑步心率170,皮质醇水平太高,睡眠不足还是临近姨妈期。昨晚空气炸锅之夜吃得比较多,夜里加了1餐。昨天碳水:燕麦片、燕麦米糙米饭、贝贝南瓜、红薯。还是做了备餐,没有吃精制碳水也没暴饮暴食,可能由于疲劳感大于食欲。今晨胃口一般,食欲还算稳定,睡眠8小时,闹钟叫醒,疲劳,过了会儿起来后状态尚可。
