Found out on Friday that I'm at 14% body fat and dropping! Dr. Baker tells me to keep doing what I've been doing...and that has been to increase my calories to build muscle. According to TDEE, I need to be consuming at least 2800 calories! So adding some starchy carbs in the morning, and fiberous carbs in the afternoon. I never thought I would be at this point....trying to consume more calories!
