D35,晨非空腹,腹肌若隐若现,今小腿酸略肿胀。夜跑后心悸加睡眠5小时。晚餐晚。昨天碳水:燕麦片、紫薯和糙米燕麦米、紫薯。昨天运动3次早上骑车加帕梅拉核心燃脂,晚上夜跑,下肢刺激大。饮食情绪尚稳定。有点馋贝果。
