D34晨起非空腹,昨天下午开始腹胀不消化(中午一顿吃多了比较杂,还有可能西兰花加糙米饭导致,晚饭回家很多重盐食物),今晨轻微浮肿。昨天碳水:燕麦片、糙米饭、晚饭吃了油炸鱼块,酸菜鱼,红烧排骨、水果西瓜,没吃主食,但是盐摄入超标)回家口渴喝了水。晚上腹胀入睡。今晨所以肿胀了。
