Ok finally today the scale moved!!! yes, I just hope this is fat what I've lost.
Im doing a great of deal effort on moving as much as I can, sit ups, push ups, walking and running. Not all at once, maybe every hour i do something, so my body gets from completely rested to sort of agitated.
I do hope this helps break my weight plateau.
67.2 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
