Have been going to the gym every weekday-spinning class, swimming, weight training, and other cardio. Weekends I do squats and crunches at home.
86.2 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 22.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

My boyfriend is in China for the month. With the house to myself and only myself to cook for, it's been easy! I imagine things will change when he gets home. But thanks for the encouragement! I hope you can keep your weight off...I'm so impressed by how much you lost! Good luck to you, too!
