Up and down those 2 pounds, then back up again, but it was my birthday and I didn't behave so what do I expect? lol. As long as I only let myself get 2 pounds up and then go back down then maintaining won't be too hard. Just have to make sure I keep checking that weight every day. Still need to decide if I want to try and get down another ten or if I'm happy where I am. I think if I was to tone, I would be happy at this weight, but will I be faithful to exercise enough to tone? Plus when my body changes again when I stop nursing, will that improve my shape? I am so top-heavy right now. Something for me to think about.
