D28,非晨空腹,昨天值班,又没睡好,早上脸部浮肿。昨天碳水:燕麦片、杂粮饭和白米饭,水果100g蓝莓,十几个葡萄,1颗南瓜子酥糖(很久没吃糖了)和1颗牛轧糖,还是南瓜子糖好吃。昨天夜里7点以后几乎没喝水。今晨感觉食欲可,情绪稳定。天气热。皮下脂肪自觉薄了,但是身体依然处于蓬蓬壮壮的,是一种很神奇的状态。
