OMG!!! I can't believe it!
I LOST 5 POUNDS EATING PASTA, RICE, BREAD, AND POTATOES!
I didn't even have time to exercise this week!!!!!
I am ecstatic about this. I know I made the right decision about my new way of eating...no more low carbin it for me. It just makes me miserable.
I am not dieting, I'm just changing the way that I eat. I am learning how to eat ALL foods in moderation.
I didn't eat so well today...I DID NOT CHEAT...I actually didn't eat enough! I haven't had much of an appetite for some reason...but I will work on getting everything in tomorrow.
Well, I'm off to bed...gotta get up early and go get my keys to my NEW HOUSE!!!!!
