D27,晨非空腹,早晨脸部浮肿好转,昨夜7点后控制饮水。昨碳水:燕麦片、中午和晚上没吃主食,吃了蔬菜(丝瓜、绿豆芽、金针菇、青椒和生菜小番茄),煎牛肉有蘸黑胡椒酱汁,晚上吃了加工食品nuggets外面裹了面粉。水果未吃。今天值班,吃备餐。
