its 3:27 I did some exercise went to washroom and i am 61 now
morning rants
it was 61.6
i felt this better on 10th July, but then I went to home lost my progress. I became 63.4, 62.8 again. this Time I need to be consistent
my measurements, 35-26.75/27, 38.5/39. last night when I took measurements, it was 28 for waist and 39 for hips. waist is a little better now. I need to b 35+25-36
61 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
