So week one done and dusted of my 2 week keto challenge and am thrilled to have lost 1.8kg. That is 3 and a half blocks of butter / fat, people! Think of weight loss in terms of how many block of fat you lost next time you think you "only" lost a few pounds this week...
134.4 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 49.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
