I dont know, totally up to you. Are your cravings gone, are you feeling phase 1 did what it was supposed to do? Are you happy with how you're feeling? It's rather important not to cheat while on phase 1 but it's also important not to keep redoing phase 1 because of a cheat. If you kept a food diary we could look and see the kind of things you had and have better input for you. I guess I don't know...see what others have to say.
