I bought my weight machine and I was 60 kg, then I thought I should take more protein and I ate al Farooq chicken that made me fat like crazy. trying to shed those 4 kgs that I gained
60 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
