Need to make dietary macro change next week. Increase protein macros to 150 and drop base calorie down 500 calories to start seeing a shift in bodyweight. I have been working out solid for 4 weeks and staying same weight. All muscle dimensions have increased. Now I will try to find a relatively steady sweet spot with main focus on protein macros and a lowered daily calorie intake with continued intermittent fasting 2 to 3 days a week.
141.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
