D23,晨起非空腹,略浮肿,今晨下肢酸,昨日碳水:燕麦片、馄饨、鸡米花,晚餐酸奶蓝莓,可能昨天做了帕姐健身操,练了肩膀和腹肌但是今天无酸痛感(训练重量轻)。今食欲稳定,情绪稳定,学习效率可,可沉下心。
