Same weigh in as yesterday and thats not bad. No yoga or gym yesterday. My shoulders been a little messed up so I thought Id take it easy. Today is an AMRAP with my work friends.

Its quick and not bad. Hopefully my shoulder will agree. If not, then I will drop the weight for my right side.
Nutrition is getting better. Im being a bit more mindful but I still havent tracked anything. Thats going to be my next step, then I can start reeling it in.
The most important part though, is that Im finally feeling a bit more positive that Im on the right track.
