Weigh In - Week 3

Hi Community,

This past week has been hard work and commitment once again and I am 0.8kgs lighter because of that!

At the beginning of this I didn't think I would get to a point where I would enjoy my new routine so I'm glad that I am, it makes the commitment easier.
