D18,晨非空腹,下肢略酸胀,脸部轻度浮肿。前天跑步后昨日疲劳,晚饭后未做有氧。昨碳水:燕麦片、糙米小米大米饭(2顿)。昨日饮食管理良好,情绪较稳定。有一点馋煎饺,自我沟通后又没那么想吃了。
