I'm starting the HCG journey tomorrow, Nov 11, 2010. I gained 50 pounds in 5 years just because I have become sedentary and got used to bigger portions. I am ready to go back to healthy living but I need a jump-start first. My ideal weight is 125 but I'll be happy at 130-135. Let's see... I have tried Nutrisystem for 3 cycles. Too many carbs for me and the food tasted bad. After I lose the wieght, I'm going to live healthy like I did for 35 years:-))
