alhamdulillah. setelah stuck gr gr makan dibawah bmr, back on track ke diet seimbang makan atas bmr sedikit, akhirnya bs turun.
60 kg Lost so far: 18.2 kg.    Still to go: 9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
