finally broke the 220 mark, 219, after 2 week stall. I also had much more energy when exercising this morning, woke up at 3, couldn't get back to sleep, so I chose to exercise while laying on the bed for 45 minutes.
99.3 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 30.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
