둘쭉날쭉날뛰더니 끄트머리 60에 겨우걸쳐 이번주마무리.
토욜간만에 오전공복운동.
상체웨이트.유산소.총2시간.
4개월차 감량이 더뎌서 참다참다 인바디재보니
체지방1.5키로 줄고있었다
그럼그렇지~룰루~
대자연도 딱맞춰 시작해주네
즐거운맘으로 주말 보충잘하자~~
