I finished a whole bottle of wine last night (the amount of Carbs in that thing), I honestly deserve this 😂😂😂.

But still seeing loss for the week @1KgDown.

that wine is a bugger! I went Alcohol Free about 8 months ago through OneYearNoBeer... changed my body shape! made up for the calories because food started tasting so much better haha (your taste buds come back roaring) but the fat around my tummy has shifted.

It’s a trap 😂😂😂. Funny though for the 1st time, kept up checking the calories with each glass I took. Was sharing the bottle with my partner and I was not tonight babe, we not opening another one bcz wow 1glass averages on 150calories 😢😢😢😢.
