Body Feeling Beat Up

I honestly can't take how my body feels right now.
I started working out on Monday (which was the 1st day of my weight loss journey) and I have to say that my body currently feels foreign! There isnt a part of it that isn't aching, I can't wait to get used to the routine because I currently feel tortured!

Food consumption wise, I'm still going strong! I'm currently eating less than the RDI though (not the intention) but I don't feel hungry so thats good, right?

Anyway, I can't wait to start tracking kilograms lost like everybody else on here! Its super motivational.
