Have not been on track for several months or recording here. Have been disgusted with myself and over indulged. This crap has to stop. So my goal for July is to lose 5 pounds, get back on track, record, and stop buying turtle pecan D.Q. Blizzards.
92.8 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 20.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You can do this. Work the occasional blizzard in your WOE if it means you'll stay on track. Good luck
