No gym yesterday (Election Day). Lunch with Doug at Friendly's: usual salad, half of his fried shrimp, half a banana split. A few late-night pieces of candy.
61.7 kg Lost so far: 10.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
