I just weighed myself. I am on my period and feeling bloated so I was mentally prepared to see a gain. But alas, It shows a pound less than yesterday. What?! I have a crappy scale so I had to do it a few times and move around and see if it were true :)

70.8 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
