Perhaps it's time to assess and see if there's anything else that could be causing this set back. Losing weight is hard in general but the difficulty can also vary from person to person due to a number of factors. With persistence and the right plan put in I believe you can do it. Don't give up!

It will work. Yeah look over your habits and see if you measure all food. Weighing is best... But stalls are common.

I’ve been working from home since March I’ve cut my calories and cut snacking out. I count and weigh everything that I eat. My blood work was great all my numbers were down down compared to last year. But I cannot lose weight! I’ve gained every pound I lost back! It’s so damn frustrating. And I brought a stand up desk to use for working at home as well..I’m just so frustrated right now. None of my clothes fit nothing...

I have no idea how many calories I’m supposed to be eating? This app told me 1800, doctor said 1300. I was told to never eat back any of the calories I burn during my workouts 🤷🏻♀️I have no idea lost, confused and frustrated
