Wonderful 4-day visit from my sister who lives in Australia and I haven't seen in 12 years - but therefore lots of food and drink and no gym :-O :-O well, well, onward and (hopefully!) downward!
82.8 kg Lost so far: 40.2 kg.    Still to go: 9.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
