Hey Guys I' watching you GREAT job Angela for you loss! Pam I am so excited that you are on board! I am challenging you to to work out for 30 minutes today and tomorrow! Are you guys up to it?

I'm not sure about the working out or not??? Will have to see about that ... However, I did good at lunch today. I had to take my bro out for watching Bradley. So we went to Blueberry Hill and I got the 5 oz burger, not 7, cheeseless, and ate only a few fries. That is GOOD for me! I need to go to the store and get some veggies and fruit for dinner. And I need to drink more water today, less caffeine. I guess I should do that now, eh?
