Hanging in there. One slip up last night. Going to AT LEAST do the WII tonight for 15-30 minutes.
TOmorrow is getting hair done and may be tough with people in the house but we will see. Set calendar on phone to tell me to do something every 12 hours, morning and night. Lets see how that annoying buzzer does me...... Working up to the 8th for the Beach Body 90 Day Die Hard Challenge...... baby steps Chanana.... you can do it.
