For the first time since I started, I hit a period of no weight loss. I can't say I'm overly surprised, this last 2 weeks have been so difficult for so many reasons, I'm shocked my weight didn't go up. However, it is a big reminder that I have a lot to lose (ironically gain) if I let things slip too far. So today, we get back on with the good habits and hopefully life will start looking up too.
