Well I did just lose the 2 lbs that I lost prior to the weekend. I really need to get back to the gym if I expect this to work the way it is supposed to. Oh well, don't have the desire to go right now. Maybe after the holidays I will ramp it up. Nine pounds isn't anything to feel sorry about, so there is a little smile in me.
